The Take Me Home (Alzheimers Edition) App is designed to be used by minimally memory impaired people. It is programmed by the Caregiver or Loved One with the person's home address. If lost close to home, the person opens the App, presses a button and is shown a map with a dotted line leading them home. Audio turn by turn directions are provided.
