PRIVACY POLICY

We receive, collect and store any information you enter in the app or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the e-mail address; user name or nickname if those are requested in the App. We do not use software tools to measure or collect session information when you use the app. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); in apps which include those fields.

When you collect data with the app, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be only be used to associate the transmitted data to you, the author.

We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:
    To provide and operate the Services;
    To provide our Users with ongoing assistance and technical support;
    To comply with any applicable laws and regulations.

Data which you collect and upload is stored on Google Services sites including Google Sheets and Firebase.  Data which you transmit may be shared with identified agencies, such as the Hawaii Invasive Species Council (Hawaii Invasive), Micronesian hospitals (Maintenance Request) or US Army Corps of Engineers (Structural Inventory, and the ESF3 family of Apps ).  

We may contact you to provide passwords to APPS or  to troubleshoot problems that you report, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce any applicable national laws. For these purposes we may contact you via email.

Most of our reporting Apps collect coordinates for the location of the report.  The location data is important for us to understand where the report is being prepared and filed.  Some of our Apps request that you take photographs of the sites and these are fundamental to the functionality of the App and your report.  

We do not use cookies within the Apps.  However, some apps link to third party webpages and websites for weather or other information and these sites may utilize cookies.

Your data will be stored on our servers for as long as it is relevant.  If you don’t want us to process your data anymore, please contact us at esf3temppower@gmail.com and we will remove it.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
